Having a pet is awesome and it doesnt matter what kind it is. The love and support they give you is different depending on what kind of pet you have but also on what kind of love you need. Being a dog lover I love having dogs cause they give you all the love and pets you want unlike cats who will give you some but not overly so. For the most part dogs will let you love on them for a certain point but let you snuggle for cuddles. They let you lay there and just vent without words and just let you cuddle and pet them until you feel better about whatever made you need the cuddle in the first place. Also if you live alone having a pet makes your place feel less lonely when you have a pet to welcome you when you get home. Even if you have children its good cause when your kids get to a certain age they dont care if you are home or not. The times they are out it also helps because it feels like at least someone is happy to see you lol.
